Jane Parker

Jane has been with the partnership for over eight years now working across many different projects throughout this time. She has been involved in sport within Hertfordshire for most of her life and continues to contribute hugely within her current roles.  

Jane is very excited to be back involved and working on the This Girl Can in Herts Year as she used to be the Women and Girls Lead at HSP before going off on her first maternity leave over 5 years ago. 

As the Active Local Officer for Bedwell she will be co-ordinating the TGCinHerts Community Festival. 

Women and girls sport and physical activity has always been very important to Jane and she even did her dissertation at University on 'Why Females Disengage in Sport and Physical Activity' so it has always been an area she is passionate about improving and especially in Hertfordshire!

Now with a daughter of her own to inspire and be a positive role model for we're pleased to have her back working on the project.
